ProCom extends training programme |

Supplementing the established solution-specific trainings ProCom GmbH extends its training programme and started offering regularly open trainings. Seminars and “hands-on-trainings” all around the IT-platform BoFiT are thus supplemented by energy-related topics.
Participants of ProCom-trainings learn how to operate with BoFiT efficiently and target-oriented and get the opportunity to refresh or improve their energy-related knowledge. At the same time, they benefit from a stimulating exchange of experiences with other specialists in a concentrated atmosphere ‒ beyond the daily business. All trainings are held by experienced ProCom-specialists.
„With our training programme we want to give our customers the opportunity to expand their knowledge of the BoFiT IT-Plattform just as far as they wish. Thus, they can decide for themselves, which tasks they want to handle by themselves and which ones they prefer to delegate our experienced consultants”, explains Andreas Nolden, Managing Director of ProCom GmbH.
„As solution provider for the energy industry, we are aware of the fact that it is not all about the mastering of the software. An important key to successful work is the understanding for market rules and business processes of the energy industry. These thoughts have been taken into consideration while shaping our extended training programme”, he adds.
The best example for this is the new training “balancing energy markets”. It contains, besides a theoretical part explaining the functions of the balancing energy markets in Germany and its corresponding business processes, a practical part. In this part, using a practical example, participants learn the modelling of balancing energy markets with BoFiT.
